| CHARLES DEAN MILLES' OFFICE
this is the office of dr. charles dean milles, the head of manson mental hospital. this is where all of the decision making happens when it comes to just about anything dealing with the hospital. to see dr. milles here you must have an appointment. you can make one with his secretary on the way out.

| HEAD OF DEPARTMENTAL OFFICES
these are the offices that belong to the heads of the departments. these people are responsible for the smooth running of the departments they head. they are responsible for gathering reports from doctors and nurses under their command and reporting them to dr. milles at the meetings.

| STAFF OFFICES
these are the offices for the rest of the staff. this is where they put together reports to give to their superiors and other things of that sort. if you can't find the person you're looking for here you may make an appointment with their secretaries.

| HALL OF RECORDS
this is where all of the records for manson mental hospital are. the oldest record dates back to the founder and first head of the hospital dr. william manson. this large room below ground houses all records of patients and staff since it's founding in 1876 until present day.

| STAFF HOUSING
seeing as the staff of manson mental reside at the hospital for eleven of the twelve months that make up a year, these are the apartments they stay in. each person (or couple) has their own apartment.

| GARDEN
though technically outside the rec building this garden is still considered a part of the building. this is the place where someone can go to spend time with the lilies, roses, orchids, or any kind of flower you can imagine. there's even a greenhouse area so you can smell the flowers all year round.

| POOL
who doesn't like to just go for a swim once in a while? well, if you're one of the people who does like to swim, here's the pool. it's indoors and as long as there's a lifeguard, feel free to swim.

| GYM (4 sub-boards)
the gym is compiled of four main areas. the main gym is split into several sections for gymnastics, basketball, volleyball and things of that sort. then there is the tennis court which due to the high rate of miss hit balls has it's own room split down the middle with racket ball on the other side. another room is the work out room, this is where you go to lift weights, run on the treadmill, or anything of that sort. then out doors there is the football field to one side and a baseball diamond to the other.

| GAME ROOM
this is the game room. it houses most any game you can think of. as with everything in the hospital it is highly monitored by no fewer than five staff members, but there is a pool table, dart board, video games, and other things of that sort.

| ART HALL
the art hall is where art classes are taken and where the art gallery is located. once a year the gallery is shown off for everyone in the hospital to see. works are then either given to the patient who made it, or stored in the basement until destruction.

| DANCE HALL
the dance hall is a large room with mirror walls with black and white marbled floors. one wall looks out over the forest and has a raised platform with instruments on it. this room is used for dance class and the dances that are sometimes held at manson mental.

| MUSIC HALL
kind of like the dance hall this is where the music class is held. instead or mirrored walls though this room is lined with instruments and books. and instead of marble floors this room has hard wood floors.

| THEATRE
this is the theatre. it has a stage for recitals, concerts, and plays. but it also has a pull down white screen for movies. every week something happens here to help the patients feel more at home. the staff know they're never leaving.

| LIBRARY
of course some of the patients like to read, and so do the staff. that's why there's a library. with almost any book you can think of come in and have a look around, but remember to return them before the due date.

| SMOKING PORCH
literally a porch this is one of the only places smoking is allowed on hospital grounds. well, in the hospital technically. though patients are supposed to smoke some of them manage to get some cigarettes, the staff doesn't care much. they're the ones smuggling it in!

| CAFETERIA
everyone has to eat. yes, even the people with eating disorder's have to eat. that's why this is here. everyone must report here at least twice a day. for breakfast and dinner. they won't make you come for lunch, though you're welcome to come, get your lunch, and eat it elsewhere. eating disorder patients must be accompanied by a staff member and come three times a day. the staff eat here too, but at their own table.

| JUVENILE HOUSING
being here every single day, from the day they're admitted to the day they die, the patients need somewhere to sleep. that's where this happens. they are separated by gender and there are two patients to a room. based on the severity of their conditions depends on if they have their own room.

this is a psychiatric hospital, and once a week at least, the patients in this ward come here to have one on one therapy sessions and group therapy sessions with the doctors of this ward. sometimes it can help the person live as full a life as possible in manson mental.

sometimes there is a patient so out of control, so unhandle-able, that they need time alone. that is why this area exists. the staff does not like to put people in this white room. but when push comes to shove, they often have no choice.

though called the nurse's station, this is actually where all the hospital staff for this area go about their buisness when not in their offices. what with the administration building and the main hospital on opposite sides of the grounds. and really, who thought of that set up. not someone who preferred simplicity.
